Sambal Bajak (Indonesian Chili Sauce)


Ingredient needed for Sambal Bajak :
75 ml oils vegetable
3 sheets of kaffir lime leaves young, flue bone its leaves, iris finely
20 fruit cayenne pepper of red, flue tangkainya

Seasoning Sambal Bajak that are :
100 g red chili curly
10 fruit chili rawit of green
7 grains of red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp terasi fried
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar red-comb refined

How to makeSambal Bajak :
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
Add leaves citrus and cayenne pepper. Stir up to wilted and sambal ripe.
Remove, let cool. Keep in containers clean, dry, and with a lid.
